Scheduling for Periodontics


We try to see all patients on an appointment basis, and we request that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.

We try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. Referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule, and your understanding and patients are very much appreciated.

Appointment time is valuable. Please notify us 48 business hours if you should need to change appointments. We will be happy to do so but need 48 business hours notice to avoid a fee.

Courtesy confirmation notifications are available using email and text messaging. 

Please assist us a the time of your initial visit to the office by providing the following information:

  • your referral slip and x-rays from your referring dentist
  • a list of medications you are currently taking (please note that you can fill out your patient registration and medical history form on this web page.)
  • if you have dental insurance, please bring any forms or insurance cards with you to the appointment.

Please Note: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation appointment.

Practice Hours:

Appointments for routine problems and follow-ups are available:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Emergency Care:

We recognize that you can have an emergency situation arise,and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. In the event of asevere situation, or one in which you are in doubt, go immediately to theemergency room of the nearest hospital and ask them to contact your doctor. Ifthe situation is not that severe, but one where you wish contact with yourdoctor, please telephone and the doctor will be in touch with you eitherdirectly or through office personnel giving you instructions on where to meetfor emergency care.

After Hours Telephone Calls:

If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after normaloffice hours, the answering service will forward all messages to your doctor.Your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.

Prescriptions and Renewals:

All prescriptions and authorizations or renewals should berequested during normal office hours.
