Fees and Payments:

We make every effort to keep down the cost of your treatment. We try to simplify the preparations of insurance claims, thereby holding down the costs of good surgical care.

Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Treatment plans with financial information will be provided at the consultation. Any discussion regarding the financial aspect of the treatment can be discussed at this appointment with our business staff.

Please remember that Insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor, and is not a substitute for payment. Each Insurance Provider has his own schedule of reimbursement, based upon their contract with you.

Most carriers will not reveal their fee schedule to our office. We can estimate from your plan and group number what percentage your carrier may cover according to their fee schedule. You may have a payment due or a credit depending on the percentage of reimbursement of you bill for service. If you want to know exactly what your co-payment will be, we can send in a preauthorizaion of benefits. This preauthorization process takes four to six weeks.

It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid for by your Insurance Company.
